That's the story of Caroline and Xander. They met in English Class at 17 (how cute is that!!!) and got married in college. Since they never had any professional photos taken, Caroline thought their 5 year anniversary would be the perfect time to do so! For me to be able to capture their first professional photos ever was so special.
When Caroline first reached out, she mentioned that she wanted a vintage urban feel and photos with direct flash. Their inquiry had me hooked from there!! One of my favorite parts of my job is bringing someone's vision to life and this session was a dream come true. The Haymarket in downtown Lincoln was the perfect setting for the urban downtown vibe we were going for. From laughs over coffee, dancing in the street, and playing games in the Arcade Bar, we got the most romantic and dreamy photos. Their session has also made me obsessed with using direct flash now!
